These terms cover this website and the text messages you get from Palouse Water Pros. “We” and “us” on this page mean Palouse Water Pros. Palouse Water Pros is a trade name of Mission Unlimited, Inc.
Texting with Palouse Water Pros
- How we ask: when you call or we visit, we ask you: “May we text you at this number from Palouse Water Pros about your appointment, your water test and your job? Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time.” We note your yes on your customer record.
- What you agree to: when you say yes to that question, you agree to receive text messages from Palouse Water Pros about your appointments, water tests, estimates you asked for, and service on equipment we installed. If you text us first, we reply to you about what you asked.
- How often: message frequency varies. Most texts are about a visit or a job you have with us.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP to any text and we will stop texting you. You get one confirmation text and nothing more.
- For help: reply HELP to any text, call (208) 883-4444, or email info@palousewaterpros.com.
Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number and your agreement to receive texts are not shared with anyone for marketing. Our Privacy Policy says what we collect, who sees it, and how to have it deleted.
Using this website
- What is on this site is general information about water treatment. It is not a test of your water or a design for your home; every home’s water is different.
- Any work we do for you is covered by the written proposal and invoice for that job, not by this website.
- The words, pictures and logo on this site belong to Palouse Water Pros. Please ask before copying them.
- We do not control other websites that this site links to.
- This website is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate, but we may change it at any time.
